Here’s what Scientific Medical Research is saying about Emotions and Cell Regenerating
Scientific medical research is discovering some amazing ways that our emotions, thoughts and words influence our bodies and the effect that these have on our cells, our DNA and our health.
Over the years numerous scientist and medical doctors have studied and subsequently verified research in support of The Journey Method. Dr Bruce Lipton, Candace B. Pert, Ph. D. and Deepak Chopra, M. D. and others, have shown that at a molecular level, suppressing emotions can lead to individual cell receptors becoming blocked. These blocks then interfere with the normal healthy communications between cells, and this impairs many body functions. Conversely, allowing the feelings and emotions to flow unblocks the receptors and helps maintain health.
Dr Deepak Chopra in his book Quantum Healing published the theory that trauma and suppressed negative emotions are often stored as ‘phantom memories’ in our cells.² He argued that these cellular memories act subtly over long periods of time, and can cause disease and illness many years after they have first been put in place. What Brandon discovered, was how to access specific cell memories and, more important how to actively resolve and let go of the stored issues.
Emotional Transformation and Cellular Healing
“What science has found is that when you’re at the peak of a strong emotion, if you suppress it at this time – for example as people do when they go into shock or have a trauma – a biochemical (action) will go into the bloodstream. If over time cells remain blocked, that’s where illness is going to start. The Journey Method helps you go through a process of releasing the trauma.”¹

A leading scientist and researcher endorses The Journey Method
Brandon Bays teamed up with leading scientist and author Lynne McTaggart to explore the link between science and spirituality. Lynne McTaggart has established herself as the foremost commentator on science and spirituality through her best-selling books The Field and The Intention Experiment, and through her tenacious and exhaustive research has demonstrated the links between spirituality and science.
Dr. Bruce Lipton, PhD (a cellular biologist) reveals fascinating information
about the trillions of cells inside our body and how) an they respond to our everyday thoughts
“A myth of material science is that genes control biology, making us victims of our heredity. The new
science of epigenetics, however, says that genes do not control our life; our emotions and beliefs actually
rewrite our genetic code. In short, we are leaving behind a reality of victimization (by our genes) and moving into the reality that our mind (our consciousness) influences our experience and potential.“

Article about the Journey Method in DAILY MAIL
Suzie Greaves, Journalist of The London Sunday Times said:
My heart felt healed, whole. I felt as if I’d been washed from the inside out, as if someone had just wiped me clean. I wanted to dance, sing, and celebrate. I finally felt free!”
What Doctors are Saying About The Journey Method
Internationally Recognized Pharmacologist and Neuroscientist recommends The Journey Method
- Candace B. Pert, Ph.D., Author of Molecules of Emotions
Ian Watson on The Journey Method
“The Journey Process developed by Brandon Bays is a deceptively simple technique that facilitates emotional and physical self-healing
in the shortest possible time. It can be learned and applied by anyone almost immediately, yet is able to catalyze profound healing results
even after other modalities have been tried and failed. I would recommend The Journey Process wholeheartedly to anyone.”
Made Powerful and Deep Changes in the Way I Now Work with My Patients
“The Journey has been a wake-up call after a long sleep and made powerful and deep changes in the way I now work with my patients.
It has enabled me to integrate what I have learnt in my training in conventional medicine as a doctor with the timeless knowing within.”
